My Story
As a mother of two who experienced significant personal challenges after childbirth, including a 40 kg weight gain and a struggle with self-image, I understand the journey of rediscovery all too well. I reached a turning point when I decided I no longer wanted to live this way. Through dedication and hard work, I transformed myself in every aspect—addressing mental health, breaking bad habits, and learning to embrace self-love. Now, I am passionate about helping other women and mothers who have lost themselves along the way and are seeking their path back to health and self-fulfillment.
